Stash Tabs lose

Hello! I would like to ask you. I played Poe on epic games not having a good computer. I needed to play through Geforce now and on the Epic games account I bought coins to get stash tabs. now that I got a good PC, I made another Poe account and log in from the official Poe client. is it possible, please, to move my stash tabs after that account to this new one? I can give you the details of the old account and you can check. thank you very much.
