constant crashing since last update

patch went through earlier on the xbox and ever since then ive been crashing every 5-10 minutes. i had been having crashes every hour or 2 but now i can barely get through a map. sometimes not even getting into my HO and loading a map before it recrashes. Losing portal after portal and can barely play the last few hours
