Shipments in motion suddenly disappear, bug PS

I’ve seen this error happen twice so far and it’s infuriating.

I’ sent 2 shipments out earlier - 1 for 2hr to te onui and 1 for 4hr to Kalguur. I checked before I logged and both shipments were sailing/in motion. I logged back in to check on the status of them; the te onui one currently has 5 mins left but the one to Kalguur with a lot of goods just disappeared. The ship status is docked with no goods, no port picked out, it’s the 2nd time a shipment just defaults back when I know 100% it was sent out.

on xbox and ive had this happen more than a few times. i kept thinking i was crazy or forgetting to hit ship, but theres been times on longer shipments when i know the ship should be back soon and its just empty at the docks. other times i literally just shipped all i had and than and did a map. came back and the shippments gone, and its not just resetting because all the resources are gone as well.
