Abyssal depths - cant enter instance

I have run 50+ t16 maps where i encountered an Abyss and suceeded in killing all the monsters ( so no fail due time running out) but all i get is either an abyssal trove or spire.
So whenever there is an Abyssal Depth supposed to spawn i can only see a whole in the ground but can not interact with it.
Changed graphic settings and drivers but result is the same.
Anyone know a workaround for this or how to fix this problem?
