Hey, i would like to get an answer from the Support why you dont accept the proof that this is my Account and keep asking me for something i cant give anymore? [Removed by Support] How cant this be enough to proof that this is my Account?

Hi, i tried this many times before, but i always get the same answer, to give some information that i cant get anymore, thats why im here trying to get help from the support, if i was able to get this information, i wouldnt even need help.

i just found a production_login.credentials file from POE, does this help maybe? its from 22.05.2024

Could you just tell me if there is any chance to verify me without the Steam IDs? I know there will be the copy/paste answer to email the Support, but i did X times now and always got the same copy/paste answer. I only want to know if there is another way or if my Acc is just lost forever.

I dont understand why you still refuse to help me, and please stop these copy/paste answers, its always the same, i ask you, you give me the copy/paste. I only want to know IF there is only ONE way to verify me, cause i asked you 100 times already and always get the same Mail to give the Information that i CANT give. If i could get this Information, i wouldnt have a Problem at all. So please, i dont want to know here on the Forum WHAT could be the ways, i just want to know if there is only ONE way to verify me. Cause you refused all the ways i showed you, to proof its me.
