I started playing a few days ago or at least i'm still trying to play, everytime i enter the game usually after login in when i try to load my ch my game screen freezes while loading but i can still hear the city music.
I have my drivers updated, I've tried running in administrator, i've tried the steam laucher and the Poe launcher and i allowed the game to bypass windows defender acoording to the fixes i saw here and although i've done all that it still freezes.

Hello there! I have a similar issue where my entire PC freezes in loading screens after a few minutes of playing Path of Exile. Does your entire PC freeze or is it just the game and then it crashes to desktop? If your entire PC freezes then GGG needs to step up and do something about this since you're not the only one I've seen with this issue. It affects a very small amount of poeple, but still... I've tried literally everything but to no avail. I'm thinking it's a game's issue.

My game does not crash it simply "Freezes"everytime and sometimes if im in fullscreen i can't even Alt+Tab.

I see, it's quite the same issue as I'm also experiencing. I hope GGG is aware that this game can literally freeze your pc in loading screens for some players. And I hope they fix it soon, this league is very great.

I have the same issue. I have tried everything I know to fix it. Waiting on GGG to patch this freezing issue.

I have the same issue, login screen freezes every time i am about to login with a charakter.
I tried to use different charakters and sometimes it works but as soon as i open a map it freezes again.
Music still running the loading screen wont dissappear.
It started around the 12th or 13th of August.

installed win 11 and same start happening for me, its like 50/50 some times its freeze on load screen after character choose, some times its not.
