[EU] Latency Spikes at Peak Times.

Hello,

This has started to happen at the start of the last couple of leagues at peak times.
I can play normally from 10pm onwards to about 4pm in the afternoon.

I have Huge latency spikes on every EU server I try.

Ive tried a VPN.
Ive tried contacting my ISP who has assured me I am not being throttled.


Not really sure what to do??

Could anyone help me diagnose the problem, I would really appreciate it.

I have screenshots and winMTR statistics to go with this.

Don't waste your time. There's been dozens of threads in the last few days. No response whatsoever from GGG.
