Vulkan locked at 30fps after Nvidia drivers update

It happened in 3.24, but back then I've rolled back (can't now) and it got back to 60fps.
3060 Ti.
DX12 - 30fps. VSynch on/off doesn't make a difference

Using an app like GPU-Z, what is your pci-e bus link speed?

If it's correct, maybe roll back a few driver versions?

Thanks for a suggestion.
I wasn't sure what exactly I'm looking for in GPU-Z, but I've started installing older versions of Nvidia drivers.

I confirm, Game Ready Driver version 551.86 works as expected on Vulkan.

I haven't tested all versions between current (560.70) and 551.86,
but versions [555.99, 555.85] are capped at 30.

Thanks

You're welcome, glad it works.

I usually recommend the 552.22 April release, but if you're good then cool.

In GPU-Z this is what I was wondering. Sometimes if your FPS is capped or very low and it does not matter what renderer is used the bus interface could be set to PCIe 1.0 in BIOS.
