Performance Problems

Hello,
When playing the Shaders and Drive (Graph) spike to max resulting in major lags. When playing the Cpu is around 11ms, Gpu: 13ms, Memory, 2.2Gb.
Previously i was using Vulcan but as of this league, a pop up would come out (VK : Queue: Submit: ErrorDeviceLost) and turning off the game. So for now I've switched to DirectX 11 (Tried DirectX 12 didn't work). Going into deli with my build is practicaly a death sentence, the Shader and Drive would spike up lagging me out until I can't shoot and I would simply die. I've watched countless "fixes" yet nothing seems to have worked of simply getting stable 60fps (I have around 120 when playing but will simply spike down to 40 or lower). (Turning MTX's off did not help aswell). Tips are appreciated.
