Game Crashing

Game is crashing multiple times an hour when the game is trying to load into a new area.

I just purchased this new computer:

Windows 11
Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-14900KF 3.20 GHz
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090
RAM 64 GB
2 TB SSD

I've tried the following to try to fix the game crashing:

1. I have verified the game's files.
2. I have deleted the client's caches.
3. I have cleared the client's config files.
4. I have did a fresh install of my video driver with and without the HD audio.
5. Restarted router.
6. Ensured POE and Steam is not blocked by the firewall.
7. Changed the Renderer setting to each option.
8. Tried switching to 'Medium' texture quality.
9. Path of Exile client is installed on an SSD.
10. Ensured the OS is up to date.
11. Enabled & disabled Triple-Buffering
12. VSync Adaptive & Off
