Garbage performance

Hi, my setup is:

Intel i9
GeForce 4070Ti
16 Ram
SSD

This game has performance issues which aren't solving for years. You keep just ignoring them, but in my opinion such bad freezes is release blocker and until you manage to fix them you can't work on anything else, because the game which rely on reaction in battle every freeze is death. So either your fix performance or remove experience penalties on death and hardcore mode at all. I have small clip which shows those freezes and it worth to mention that this is a "working well period" meaning that usually game behave much worth on entering new location which requires to upload not cached stuff
