Massive performance spikes.

The performance always drops in combination with the Cpu ms. I noticed that even just standing in my hideout completely still the cpu ms will keep jumping between 2-3 to 20+ (even 80 at some times) and the fps takes a massive hit going frome 100+ to as low as 20 fps.

Settings are all on lowest with dx12 on, multithreads on, dynamic culling on.

Specs: Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-10400F CPU @ 2.90GHz 2.90 GHz. 32GB's of ram. GPU is NVIDIA Geforce RTX 4070. Game is installed on a Samsung SSD 980 pro. Pc is connected with a cable to my internet and I have 100mb/s upload and download speed with stable ping.

I have consistently had problems trying to play POE multiple leagues and upgrades to my pc did little to help. Help would be appreciated.

Same problem with multithreading, crazy cpu spikes. Alredy in login menu, only this game has this problem GGG wake up!!
