Getting kicked for too many actions (Ice nova of frostbolts)

Hey,

I've seen a few posts talking about this issue so I figured I would throw my hat into the ring on this one.

I've been constantly getting kicked for "too many actions", about every 3-4 maps, which is quite annoying. I've tried a few things to resolve the issue, but nothing seems to work and really I think this is related to the latest update since I did not have this issue at all while league start testing a few days ago.

I'm currently playing ice nova of frostbolts so I'm sure the amount of spam could be a source of some of the issue. Right now, I've tried: Changing my network modes, changing my server, Changning my graphics API, cleaning my install files, disabling my mtx, a different keyboard / mouse as well.

I'm also not using any hotkeys or third party applications.

Really it seems like an issue related to the latest update, since the bug popped up only right after 3.25 dropped.
