Cannot start game since League Start

It says:

Exception
vk::createInstanceUnique: ErrorExtensionNotPresent

Can anyone give me some advice on what to do?

I have the same bug with Vulkan renderer selected.
Can start the game by editing the production_Config.ini file and changing the line "renderer_type=Vulkan" to "renderer_type=".

When trying to change to Vulkan in game it gives the same error on first try and on the second try it works. No idea why.
