Game freezes and disconnects

This keeps happening all the time.
Same as last league. Nothing has changed.
Sudden random disconnects while nothing crazy on the map. Or if you 'juice' a little and have higher mob density like legion, breach the game chooses not to work anymore and goes into freeze-mode maybe leading to a disconnect or you have to close the application. Same with harvest. It's like harvest is fully crashing the game. Sometimes absolutely no textures.
This comes on top to all the already existing bugs.
I have almost 6k hours on the game and this rarely happened before 3.24. Now, for me, the game is an absolut mess, sorry to say that. Just now had two dcs and all portals gone. And what about the promised performance update? I tried forum threads aswell as contacting support directly but the devs won't respond. So yeah, taking the money but doing nothing. Great, thanks.
