Support on the Weekend

Hi, could we know if the Support works at this Weekend? I think there are quite alot of us sitting the whole day in front of the PC now that are confused since its soon 24h for some since they last hear from them. Just so we know if we should keep sitting here or forget about it till Monday.

so support has a process
No matter the issue you will get a quick "hi we received your ticket" and likely some security related stuff depending on the issue, again depending on the issue you would be placed into a queue (account security, bans, forgotten passwords etc) is one that takes time to process because of the extra steps, that means it can be days before you get to the front of the queue.
