Account locked from new location

I got a message this morning that my account was locked due to logging in from another location. I am assuming that was my work computer. I am able to get into my account on the website, but the email seems to not be sending. I'd really like to play today. Can someone please help?

Could you please make sure you have added support@grindinggear.com to your email provider's contact list and/or whitelist? You may also want to double check your spam or junk folders just in case.
