Game Crash on loading screen. cant progress. new gaming msi laptop

not sure how to tackle
I suck at troubleshooting and what things to google for under these type of circumstances.
i was progressing fine on 30ms and 100plus fps on ultra settings.
i was soon gona do merveil. now i cant get passd a loading screen. i triued lowering settings. nothing works and it forces me to terminate the app.
its not installd through steam.
laptop is a msi thin GF63 - i7 16gb RTX 4060

Is it possible its related to an official new xbox controller? seems i can log in to lionyes watch without it enabled. when i log out enable controller input. it freezes when trying to logm in again.

(i had no issues playing with the controller up untill this point

today its worse. now its "FORCING ME" TO RESTART MY PC CAUSE I CANT DO ANYTHING, NOT EVEN TERMINATE THE APP (pOe)

Ya Sam here it’s been going non stop since league announcement, a lot of us have been posting the same situation, game crashing at loading screen, can’t log in, can’t load in game. If it finally does load the game just crashes no matter what. No word from GGG I’ve posted my logs already but just go back like 3 pages worth you’ll see many have the same issue. No clue if it’ll ever be fixed. I spent 2 hrs today, not able to load once, didn’t even get to play 1 min. Yesterday got to play 20 min. Have no idea if GGG is aware or they’re just not going to check it. I unpacked my game files and everything clears and checks out. No errors or missing files
