cant login in to my marauder.

Started playing the legue yesterday and as soon I hit lvl 5 with my marauder I cant log in anymore to that specific character.
doesn't matter I create a new one but same thing, as soon I hit lvl 5 the game doesn't want me to go in anymore.
(btw the game crash teleporting between areas or changing the scenario)

EDIT: use directx12 and the problem is solved
