Disconnecting when changing areas

My latency seems fine and my internet is very stable, but it seems I get disconnected about 80% of the time when changing areas as of the latest update.

My latency linearly rises until about 1000000ms+ and my character is in a t-pose.

If I do make it into a zone then my latency is a consistent 12ms.

This is not specific to any zone, it seems completely random.

I play through steam and have already verified my game files.

Any advice? The game is unplayable in this state

Same, not only does it hang when changing areas, it sometimes hangs when just playing.
