The game takes forever to load

After the start of new league I create new character and after few seconds of load, gears on loading screen just freeze and the game wouldn't load. Also I couldn't close the game only reload of computer helped. And in the end, after few tries to load the game it just freeze on start screen. I can't close window with league info.
