High ping connecting to Washington server after no issues before

Hello,

I live on the East Coast and usually connect to the Washington server with ~20 ms ping. However, recently it shows 20 ms ping on the login screen but when I load in my ping is in the 90s. I have tried everything I can think of to try to remedy this but nothing has worked. I currently have to connect to the Canada East server which gives ~40 ms ping which gives a noticeable delay. This only occurs in PoE, so it is not my internet in general. Any assistance with remedying this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
