Johannesburg are all over the place (Latency)

Anyone else having inconsistant latency in South Africa Gateway ?

Some instances work flawlessly, other are just very laggy. Sometimes I would get 40ms the whole zone and sometimes 280ms (which is unplayable in lockstep).

To solve the issue I need to zone in and out several times until I get a "nice IP". Weirdly enough I don't even need to CTRL+Click to reset, just zoning in and out will eventually give you a good latency.

Just to be clear, when the latency in the zone is good, it stays consistantly that way as long as I'm inside.

The friend I'm playing with has exactly the same issue.

I am in Cape Town and have been experiencing latency issues from around 12:00 UTC+2

Same here in Sao Paulo, Brazil. So annoying
