Game keeps freezing then not responding

the games freezing a lot and kinda on a random times but the most common one is the loading screen it freezes the shows pathofexilesteam.exe not responding

i've checked files integrity and deleted the chach

please help

laptop specs

16 gb ram
rtx 3060
AMD Ryzen 7 6800H cpu
and the game is on the ssd

I've also been having the same problem while loading in.

This freezing also occurs when I try to skip past the opening "Grinding Gears Games" screen.

It actually froze while I was posting this.

Not sure why - the game has run without error forever, and only recently, it loads in proper one or two out of ten attempts.

Please look into this - I'm a big fan of the game!

I have been experiencing a freeze and sometimes a crash, but it is happening most specifically when I am in town and someone's cosmetic animation goes off. It is very consistent and only happens in a town environment where there are multiple players present.
