Lossless Scaling

Is it okay to use the Lossless Scaling app to cope with Path of Exile's FPS problems? I don't want to get banned for using an app that only increases performance.

I am afraid that we are not able to comment on any 3rd party tools. All we can suggest is not using any tools that may offer an in game advantage, interact with the game files directly or automate gameplay.
