South Africa Server Instance Crash and DC follows

Tested Playing on any server I get the same instance crash.
It is almost every time I go to a new zone. Been playing for 5 hours could not get past act 1.

RAM: 16,0GB Dual-Channel DDR4 @ 1596MHz
