game always not responding

game has not been responding since league start a few hours ago im always stock at loading screen singapore server im switch both to japan and singapore sometimes it will load then it goes on for hours that the game will be stock at loading screen and just keep crashing. have reinstalled a couple of times still nothing has change connection is 66ms no problem with wifi connectivity anyone else having the same problem? im watching streamers and they are not experiencing any of these error
