Act 2 - Western Forest - Consistent crash 5 seconds after entering (D11/D12/Vulcan etc)

I've been troubleshooting getting through Western Forest for about 5 hours and no luck.

About 5-10 seconds when the area loads I crash.

I've tried D11/D12/Vulcan, verified my files, have all patches, reinstalled the game entirely and no luck.

No matter what I do the game crashes upon entering the Western Forest in Act 2.

just the same is happening to me for some reason. I'm stuck here.

I had to get someone to portal me past it and into different areas in the zone because going through normally broke it.
