Constantly disconnecting from my monitors

Came back to PoE this league, been a player on and off for many leagues, and for some reason every few minutes, the game just disconnects my entire two monitors, and reconnects them to my PC the longer I then stay in game the worse it perpetually gets.

I've tried restarting, updating drivers changing graphic settings.

Current build

i5-8600k
32GB ram DDR4
Game is on M.2 Nvme SSD

GTX 1070TI

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as it's ruined my league start so far :(.
