Crashing while opening game

I am playing league start with a friend and I keep crashing trying to load lioneye's (act 6) I normally just press tp to party member so I got sent there without talking to lilly to take the boat. and Now my game won't start up; is there a way to move my character to another map or something? trying to go to base also crashes me.

Same happening to me. Stuck on loading screen and then the game just terminates. I'm only going into act 3 after just speaking to Clarissa but its pretty much the same issue.

crashing too much at loading screen...never faced this on 3.24
