Kicked for too many actions?

I've been playing for nearly 8 years now, and since I can remember I use Spacebar to move. For some reason, I keep getting kicked for "too many actions" each time I'm not in combat, and I'm just moving around looking for the right path to go down. I swapped move to left mouse (still holding it mostly like spacebar) but the kicks seem to slow down, however, my muscle memory is just not allowing me to play comfortably with this set up. Please look into this ;x
