Log out in Broken Bridge

Hello I'm a basically new player in PoE and I've been going through the acts normally.
I'm going through the missions in act II and in The Broken Bridge instance there's like 3 NPCs close to a chest, when you loot the chest they attack you.
All that is normal but 2 seconds later I get logged out, tried it again and same things.
The annoying thing is that not only I lose the waypoint there I also lose most the loot I got in that map (XP included), both times.

happened to me to. click on chest, they start to attack, game crashes
