Failed to connect to instance

Disconnected failed to connect to instance.

I have this when I try to log in ... I cant even get into the beach on league launch.

Any helpers? :(((

I should probably add some more info ...

I've reinstalled the game both on steam and as a client
I've restarted my PC
I've ran the game as admis
I've disabled my firewall
I've restarted my router

I can't log into any character, I can log onto my account and get to the character page but cannot load any of them into the game that includes standard league.

Hype for league start is dying :(

Hey, i have the same issue.
Sometimes i can't connect to login server and if i can i would get the "Failed to connect to instance" message right after selecting a character...
After that message i cant connect to login servers until restarting the game.

I am on Mac Apple M1 Pro, using steam.
Stand alone installer wouldn't even download the game, but thats another topic.

I already reinstalled the game like 5times, restartet the game a lot of times. Last season the steam version worked fine :(

Try to change Gateway to any other, should work.

After that you can switch gateway back

Alright, so it must be something to do with my internet provider, I have to use a VPN to play ... weird.

You should try that people who have issues with it.

I have the same issue....using a vpn leads to "unexcepted auth exception" and now i cant even get to the character selection screen....
