Xbox standard passive tree reset

Not sure if this happened to everyone on standard, but I logged in and one of my 100s passive trees is reset. (No, I did not reset it myself). I had allocated a bunch of tattos and had spent alot of regrets min / maxing my dps. So what gives? Anyone else encounter this or am I just an unlucky one?
