Abnormal disconnect: An unexpected disconnection occurred

Hi, I have problems with An unexpected disconnection occurred. I dont enter in game 2 month but before the start of the new league, I decided to go through the acts to remember how to play. But first I ran into the problem that there was an endless download in town, and I thought maybe there were problems on the Moscow server, I changed the server to Frankfurt. And I did it. After passing 3 locations without freezes and complaints. I entered the 4th location after walking a couple of meters, my ping soars to the 20000 mark and I am thrown onto the game entry screen. I thought maybe there were problems on my part, although everything else works fine. I changed servers, tried Milan, London, Amsterdam, but the problem remained. After walking a couple of meters in the location, the Roller coaster remains on the ping graph.
