Account Locked After Using VPN - No Email Received

Hello Poe Support Team,

I accidentally accessed my Poe account using a VPN, and as a result, my account has been locked. I have been trying to receive the verification email for over 15 minutes and have requested it to be resent more than five times. However, I have not received any email regarding this issue, neither in my regular inbox nor in my spam folder.

This is quite urgent as it happened today, and I need access to my account. Can you please assist me in resolving this matter as soon as possible?
