dynamic culling not working and some upscale options are gone

Everything was working fine until 3 or 4 days ago. Now, dynamic culling is not working and the upscale options are gone for some resolutions. Normally, I have a minimum of 55%, but now it's only 77%. Additionally, when using low resolutions, I can't choose any upscale options (1920 x 1080 has all upscale options). Upscale options are not that important to me, but I can't play without dynamic culling.
