PoE crashing on startup

While testing something for leaguestart, I made a new account and after several crashes, managed to get to town before the crashes got so bad that I cannot currently open the game. The game keeps crashing on the GGG opening splash

CPU: 13700K
GPU: 3060ti
Ram: 32 gigs of 3200 DDR4

I have not had this issue before. I have restarted my computer, pack checked twice and deleting cache and config settings as suggested, and nothing has helped. Will try reinstalling PoE next I guess.

I have a large number of report logs generated by windows if anyone thinks it would help.

I am looking forward to league start and hope that the issue will be fixed with the patch tomorrow

Same issue, after about 20 attempts the game will launch but crash inside hideout.
