Connectivity Issues - MTR ran, log attached to post

This happens every night around 8PM and on for the rest of the night. I play on the Texas server. It's literally unplayable and I'm forced to start a new instance of the area where it occurred. Doing this fixes it every time but it will come back within a few minutes. It happens in Acts, towns, hideout, etc
