POE not responding (forever)

Hi,

Preparing for the league start Ive been coming back in standard to run the campaign and had multiple frozen screen where i had to close poe through the task manager.
To fix this Ive tried:
- restarting my pc
- running it with only steam open as well
- putting all my settings on default
- reinstalling the game (2 times) (its gotten worse somehow)
- running the game in administrator
- changing to fullscreen (i usually play windowed)
- removing any bloatware from my pc
- making sure no launch options are being used in the steam options
-starting up the game with all default settings (lowered my number of light and graphics a little bit) (that one allowed me to play for about 5-10 minutes maybe before freezing mid zone and not responding)

If anyone got a fix for this or had a similar problem do let me know since id like to be able to enjoy the game on league start.
