Change Account name

Hi i made my account like more than 12 years(veteran) and now I would like to change it to the same name with which I created all the accounts

I would also like to change my account name, I've been playing this game for a few years now and don't want to lose the MTX i bought but everytime i try to write that email you mentioned it tells me i can't send it because that email doesn't accept emails from certain users or messages
