Crash fix! (for me)

I was constantly crashing to desktop over and over during a run I did to act 10 to get some rust off. I would crash straight to desktop, no error code or anything. After troubleshooting for a solid day to make sure i have a stable league launch i finally was capable of finding a solution to my problem. Here is what i did step by step.

1. Run as admin
2. Disable vsync in options
3. Disable engine multithreading in options

I do not know why or how this solved my problems, just trying to help anyone who may be experiencing these frustrating frequent crashes.
