Massive ping spikes and packet loss in POE, but not in other games

I am having massive packet loss and ping spikes recently in POE. This did not happen a month ago and only started recently. Particularly in Singapore Region, massive ping and packet loss issues which does not occur when playing on singapore region in other games.
