Gateway Latency Issues

Dear Support,

In leagues 3.23 and before I received consistent 15-20 ms latency pings from the California gateway.

Beginning in 3.24, I noticed it was a coin flip, half the time I'd have the usual 15-20 ms latency, the other time 80-90 ms latency. The game plays differently at 80-90 ms latency, and it feels bad to suddenly get shifted to higher latency when entering a new map/area.

I've just tested again before 3.25, and it's still having the same issue. Every time I start a new instanced area, its either good latency, or bad latency. Is there a reason that the California gateway is giving such inconsistent results?

As it stands, it seems my best option is to go with the Texas gateway, where I receive a consistent 40 ms latency. It would be nice to be able to return to the better latency on the California gateway, though.

Hopefully there are some suggestions, or if this is an internal issue, something that the team can look into fixing?

Can this get looked into? It's very strange for the California gateway to be worse latency than Texas and Washington d.c. when I live in California. What has happened to the California gateway?

I live in Cali, but the Cali gateway has higher latency than Washington D.C. Doesn't that seem like an issue? Is one of your Cali servers actually on the east coast? I could use some help in trying to resolve this, I miss being able to play PoE with decent latency.

Same thing. North American servers feel unplayable (tried Cali and Texas so far).
