Logout 10-15 seconds. Anyone can help?

Hello I was watching videos to just make sure and I am sure that something is wrong. My logouts take on average around 10-15 seconds when I can see on many recent youtube videos taking mere seconds/miliseconds.

I tried GGG PoE client and steam version and both doing the same thing. Also reinstalled fresh copy of windows since it was long overdue anyhow, but that did not help as well. Still same issues. Has anyone else encountered same issue? Would be really glad if you could help.

I am not posting this couse I wanna logout macro abuse some HC skill issues. I do not play HC but when I kill a boss in campaign or doing anything else and I wanna logout to get into town it takes forever.

If anyone had same issues and found solution I would be very happy to hear it. Thanks guys
