Allow minions to proc Hinekora, death's fury

Now that damage dealing totems have basically been removed. Can this node be changed to work with Minion kills?

I think general's cry should proc it as well because of the infinite warcry power added to chieftan. At least thematically.

If they did this I would probably league start gen cry shield crush of the chieftan chieftan.

Absolutely on board with this! Playing an AG build on chieftain and my final ascendancy points are basically useless. GGG has done a fantastic job really opening up the ascendacies to support a variety of builds, and this would be a fantastic move in that same vein.
