[PS5] MTX/Cosmetic-related Crashing (Night Lotus Set, Evertree Map Device, etc)

As the title mentions, I am still experiencing crashes related to MTX.

The Evertree Map Device causes the game to crash upon opening the Allflame selection screen. This crash always occurs, regardless of map. For Breachstones, Kirac missions, boss invitations, etc. the game will simply crash as the map opens. Changing the Map Device back to the default appearance or opening the map from the Karui Shores allows the map to open, but changing the Map Device back for the prior or entering the hideout again for the latter both result in a crash.

Last league's challenge MTX, the Night Lotus set, also causes a crash. I am unable to select the character who is wearing the Night Lotus set whatsoever, because the game will crash during the loading screen. I am positive that it is this set causing the crash, because it is the only MTX the crashing character is currently wearing. Attempting to unequip the head piece indirectly by instead equipping it on a character who is not already crashing, causes a crash, with the head piece remaining on the original character.
