what is going on?

what is going on I sent 4 emails to support and only got replied back to once 

Still not seeing my two upgrades of the new supporter pack I paid for 2 upgrades for the new supporter pack still have yet to see the points and cosmetics...



and this one too



got absolutely 0 back from both

starting to feel like my support was for noting.... sad how I even paid $12 for the beta keys like 15-16 years ago. if I don't get what I paid for guess ill be moving on... i'll just have to get my money back from the bank.
