Delve events not completing since update

When in Delve, the node events don't seem to complete. The normal enemies spawn and I kill them but I don't see any Rare or final enemy that typically signals the end of the event. The chests don't unlock and the crawler never becomes active.

I can't even scroll around the delve map without crashing.
