Enchanting corrupted flasks and vendoring scarabs

Two very simple quality of life things.

First, corrupted flasks currently cannot be enchanted. I made the mistake of vaaling a perfectly rolled Taste of Hate before enchanting, hitting 30% quality simply added to the pain when realising the problem.

Just make it equivalent to the link and socket benchcrafts, so that it costs an equal amount of vaal and instilling orbs to craft "used when x" enchantments. Imo enkindling doesn't need to be craftable, it's basically only ever used for Mageblood flasks anyways.

All I'm saying is that a flask without a "used when x" mod is more or less worthless. But people don't think about this when vaaling so it becomes a huge noob trap.

Second thing is that if you vendor four scarabs right now, it gives you one random scarab and one wisdom scroll. It really should be made so that it works like vendoring oils or catalysts,.
